The person(s) responsible for the periodic inspection of the elevator in your building are the building supervisor, building manager, or the building management company. How often should periodic inspection/examination of elevators be carried out? In accordance with the Elevator Maintenance and Operation Regulation, inspections must be carried out at the end of the first year following the commissioning of the elevator and thereafter at least once a year.
